Hummingbirds, Dogs and a Chipmunk

While trying to get some good shots of the hummingbirds at one of my feeders, the dogs discovered a chipmunk hiding underneath the propane tank. They really, REALLY wanted to chase the little creature, but since it was on the other side of the fence, all they could do was watch and wait. But at least the Hummers were getting fed!

Hummingbirds are fun, entertaining, full of energy and it’s easy to attract hummingbirds.
Ohhh that’s a wonderful scene it really is! Perfect shot of those incredible hummers, the dogs clearly having a good old time snooping at the fence and ready for the chase, not that they would be fast enough to catch up with a chipmunk!
Such a beguiling scene, good weather, nature, birds and dogs all together!

Teddy misses his pack… The fence nor propane tank would have stopped him from getting that chipmunk. (Teddy says “Yummmm” just watching.) Looks like spring weather has found Missouri.
